We can manage your project on your behalf allowing you to focus on other matters. We'll work with you from inception ensuring your brief is fully captured for delivery. We will typically manage a project for you either as a Contract Administrator (CA) or as an Employers Agent (EA). We can design a project and manage the building works process on your behalf. Once all works are complete, we will hand over a completed project for your business needs or for you to enjoy.


  • We'll establish a range of suitable contractors to tender to on larger projects.
  • We'll work closely with the successful contractor to ensure your project is completed on time, on budget and to the agreed expected standard.

We'll prepare the Employers Requirements (ER's) on your behalf. This is a key document when we act as EA for you. You'll have the opportunity to review the ER's prior to going to tender to establish a price for the building works. We'll manage the works throughout until completion on your behalf.

As CA we'll prepare a comprehensive tender package, establish a price for your building project, establish a suitable contract and administer the contract on your behalf. We'll administer the contract throughout until completion on your behalf.

Asset Management / Planned Maintenance

We believe the key to effective asset management is having knowledge and understanding of the condition of your building(s) and having the funds for the maintenance requirements. We can provide you with a detailed condition report and a maintenance plan for budgeting purposes. We will include an inspection and report of the roof down to the ground, the boundaries and the mechanical and electrical installation.

All buildings require maintenance at some point and one way to manage this successfully it to instruct us to complete a Capital Expenditure Plan (CapEx)

Defect Diagnosis

We specialise in investigating and reporting on building defects, including damp, water ingress, and structural issues. Our team provides clear, advice to help you resolve problems efficiently. We can help with the following:

  • Defective Concrete - Assessment of issues such as carbonation, low concrete cover, and spalling.
  • Roof Leaks - Detection and diagnosis of water ingress from all types of roofing systems.
